Pricing questions

How quickly can we get started?+
Per-use API access can be provisioned within 2–3 working days of agreement. A volume subscription deployment including integration and governance documentation typically takes 3–4 weeks. Consultancy engagements are scoped individually but typically begin within 2 weeks of project agreement.
Is there a proof-of-concept option before committing?+
Yes. Submit a sample of existing interactions (anonymised if preferred) and we will provide a full EchoDepth analysis report within 5 working days — showing what the signal looks like on your actual data. This uses per-use pricing and gives you real output to evaluate before committing to a volume deployment.
What counts as an interaction?+
An interaction is one customer engagement submitted for analysis — a phone call, a video interaction, a chat session, or a document. Multi-modality analysis (voice + facial, for example) is priced per interaction regardless of how many modalities are applied. Duration-based pricing is available for contact centres with very long average call times.
Can we white-label EchoDepth for our own compliance platform?+
Yes. White-label API deployment is available under the consultancy engagement model. Contact us to discuss commercial terms.
