EchoDepth is an emotional AI platform that analyses facial expressions, voice, and text to detect emotional signals including vulnerability, distress, and cognitive load. The Services are designed for deployment in FCA-regulated financial services environments.
4. Important Limitations
EchoDepth does not detect lies or deception. The platform measures involuntary physiological markers accompanying emotional states. All outputs are advisory signals for qualified human review. Automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on EchoDepth outputs are prohibited.
5. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use EchoDepth outputs for automated decision-making without human review
- Deploy EchoDepth in contexts that would produce discriminatory outcomes
